Audits

Experienced and seasoned Revenue Agent who is familiar with rules, regulations, policies and procedures, which will provide the client with quality and personal representation at reasonable rates. The hourly rate is $100 per hour and in most cases in will not exceed $1,500 per audit category (Federal and State audits are treated as separate categories) except in very complex audits. Also the cap applies to each separate taxpayer (individual and business entities are treated as separate categories).  There is a $500 retainer required at the beginning. These fees will provide all representation from the audit level to the Appeals level. It does not include any representation above that level (i.e. tax court, etc.);

All new clients are requested to complete a client information form which can be emailed, mailed or faxed.
